
About the Role
Own estimating from conceptual through hard bid. Build scope, quantify, solicit and level subs, and deliver proposals that win work and protect margin.
Key Responsibilities:
Build WBS/CSI scope, perform takeoffs, and define alternates/assumptions
Run ITBs, track coverage, field RFI responses, and level bids apples-to-apples
Develop SOVs, clarifications, inclusions/exclusions, and risk registers
Partner with Ops to hand off budgets that are buildable and trackable
Work will be predominantly remote with occasional on-site visits and in-person office meetings.

Requirements
4–7+ years GC estimating (commercial ground-up/TI/commercial interiors/light industrial strongly preferred)
Solid CSI knowledge and scope-writing discipline
Strong quantity takeoff skills in Bluebeam Revu (measure, markups, custom tools)
Bid solicitation, RFI management, scope/bid leveling, and VE options
Cost database hygiene; historical cost normalization and market pricing sense
Tools: Bluebeam Revu, Excel (advanced), Monday.com, Microsoft 365
Clear written proposals; owner/architect communication skills
