Own job cost accounting, WIP reporting, cash management, and AIA billing. Partner with operations to keep budgets accurate and forecasts current.
Requirements
5+ years construction accounting with a GC (job cost and WIP required)
AIA billing (G702/703), retainage, change order financials, and revenue recognition
AP/AR, lien waivers, vendor compliance, and month-end close
Tools: QuickBooks (or similar), advanced Excel, Monday.com, Microsoft 365
Strong controls mindset; clear executive reporting

We manage work with tight cost control and transparent reporting. We need a controller who can stand up scalable construction accounting and WIP discipline.
