About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily huddles; publish look-ahead schedules and daily reports
Enforce site safety, logistics, quality standards, and site housekeeping
Sequence trades, verify work-in-place, and protect the critical path
Track materials, RFIs, and field directives; escalate issues early
Manage inspections, TCO/CO, punch, and closeout documentation

Requirements
Requirements:
7+ years commercial GC field leadership (TI, commercial ground-up, commercial interiors, light industrial preferred)
Proven mastery of safety (OSHA-30 strongly preferred) and daily jobsite controls
Expert at reading plans/specs; strong QA/QC and punchlist closeout discipline
Scheduling proficiency (look-ahead planning, pull planning, critical path thinking)
Vendor/sub coordination, inspections, permit compliance, and client interface
Tools: Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft 365, Monday.com (or similar)
Clean driving record; reliable travel within region
